Time out error

Hi,

I am having intermittent problems with rethumbing some of my images.  I get response 200 but a time out error:

The error is an image with the following message:

"Error Downloading Image (Response code: 200): operation timed out after 9975 milliseconds with 3655318 out of 10405873 bytes recieved (#1001).

The URL is https://api.rethumb.com/v1/square/300/https://myhillsong-photos.s3.amazonaws.com/70989/full.jpg?1454652991510

I can't figure out whether this is rethumb or s3.  Although I can't imagine that it is s3 because our time out is not set at 10 secs.  Could you please help?  Thanks.

Thanks so much for the quick fix pedro!

BTW, I love rethumb.

We have updated our timeouts to handle slower data transfers. That image is taking between 20s and 40s to download from s3 to our servers.

Please note that these long operations won't be ready on the first request, E.G.:

- 1st request to https://api.rethumb.com/v1/square/300/https://myhillsong-photos.s3.amazonaws.com/70989/full.jpg?1454652991510 will return "This request is still being processed, please try again later. (#1204)".

.. Wait some seconds...

- 2nd request to https://api.rethumb.com/v1/square/300/https://myhillsong-photos.s3.amazonaws.com/70989/full.jpg?1454652991510 will return the processed image, if it is ready. If it is still being processed our API will return the same message "This request is still being processed, please try again later. (#1204)".

Hello, thanks for reporting this issue.

We have a 10s timeout when downloading source images. It shouldn't be an issue when transferring between s3 and our servers but with some network congestion it can be reached.

We will deploy a fix later today, I will let you know when it is live.

Once again, thanks for reporting.

Best,
